This is my completed magazine and contents page. I have kept to a colour scheme, which is light blue, dark blue and yellow which are the main colours for Haydon School.

I made it suitable for students aged 11-18 years old as they will be the majority readers, I have made it an easy reading magazine by using sans serif font as it signifies simplicity. I used yellow for most of the text as it is bright and it stands out, this will attract the audience.

I am planning on doing a soul/R&B magazine. I want my front cover like this as I like the look it gives and portrays to the viewer. This is a very soul/R&B type magazine cover and it is also bright which has connotations with R&B, if it was a dark cover then it would relate more to heavy metal or rock. I like the way it is very simple with just a plain background and then the artist, Neyo. I want my model to be exactly like Neyo in the way he is looking deep into the camer, as I believe that this gives the reader a sense of connection with the picture. also the i want a theme colour on the magazine just like this one, their theme colours are red and white.
